May 10, 2011: Integrating Food Vendors & Trucks into Cities' Street Scene
In RHI’s May 10th, 2011 webinar titled, “Street Vending Best Practices,” representatives from four North American cities shared insights on how best practices and legislative policies can support a collaborative relationship between street vendors and cities. Existing misconceptions about street vendor operations have masked their positive social and cultural contributions to communities, as well as their significant impact on local economies, innovative entrepreneurship and brand extension.
