Jim Peters is the founder and president of RHI. He is the change agent and visionary who monitors trends and determines how to adapt the organization to keep pace with new challenges. Jim oversees development of all of RHI’s program areas to provide a conceptual framework and standards for implementation. Jim is a frequent speaker for conferences and events to orient audiences to RHI’s mission.

Alicia Lakomski joined RHI in 2006 and serves as the Project Manager, overseeing and coordinating special projects. Alicia oversees resource development in the form of webinars and publications. She develops marketing materials and directs outreach to new clients and event attendees.
