The Wilmington Association of Bar Owners and Restaurants Downtown (ABOARD) developed these guidelines in conjunction with the Nightlife Task Force of Wilmington Downtown, Inc. for nightlife entertainment establishments within the CBD. Topics include setting the tone through hospitality and compliance; creating a safe and secure experience; and community relations.
