Ms. Harnden is a pioneer in nighttime management, leading RHI’s San Diego Hospitality Resource Panel (HRP) from 1996-2002 and conducting RHI’s assessments in more than twenty-five cities. She continues to define standards as a leader of the Nighttime Economy Culture and Policy Alliance (NITECAP) and as Pittsburgh’s Nighttime Economy Manager.
