Amelia Chew is a Sacramento native proudly serving the community as Events Manager of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership, which is a non-profit 501(6) property-based improvement district in the heart of California’s capital city.  

In her role, she leads a team dedicated to providing enhancement through activation and events, with the mission of “Building Value Downtown”. Her team is responsible for producing events 150+ days of the year and encouraging the region to choose Downtown as their destination of choice. They accomplish this through their signature programs like Concerts in the Park, the Downtown Sacramento Ice Rink, the Capitol Mall Farmers Market, and more!

Amelia has been in the Events Department for 7 years. Prior to this role, Amelia earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at the California State University, Sacramento in 2018.
