Corean Reynolds is the pioneering Director of Nightlife Economy for the City of Boston, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering an equitable and thriving nightlife ecosystem. She is currently the youngest to hold this title among her peers nationally.

Prior to her appointment, Reynolds served as the Director of Economic Inclusion at the Boston Foundation, where she played a pivotal role in developing the foundation's economic development strategy. Notably, she co-founded and managed the Boston Foundation's Business Equity Fund, providing growth financing support for Black and Latino entrepreneurs in the Greater Boston area and the 2021 report The Color of the Capital Gap: Increasing Capital Access for Entrepreneurs of Color in Massachusetts.

Before her tenure at the Boston Foundation, Reynolds made significant contributions to workforce, supplier, and diversity development as part of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, helping to create a more inclusive gaming industry in Massachusetts.

Reynolds's commitment to positive change extends beyond her professional roles, serving on numerous boards and committees, including the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and English for New Bostonians Board of Directors. Her exceptional dedication has been recognized, earning her distinctions such as being named part of the El Mundo Latino 30 Under 30 in 2022 and one of the top 100 Latinx leaders in Massachusetts by Amplify Latinx in 2023.

In addition to her career achievements, Reynolds possesses a passion for the arts, captivating audiences internationally as a classically trained Soprano since the age of 11. With a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University, Reynolds is committed to building a vibrant and sustainable nightlife economy in Boston.
