
Lauren Morales currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of TomKats Hospitality, featured in Restaurant Business Magazine’s Top 100 Independent Restaurants 5 years in a row. Raised in Nashville, Lauren spent her summers working with her family at legacy concert series such as Dancin’ in the District and Nashville River Stages, and backstage at Starwood Amphitheater. She later led TomKats Production Catering, providing catering for A-list celebrities and productions including “30 Rock”, Garth Brooks, “The Walking Dead”, and Bonnaroo Music Festival. Lauren is able to combine her music and hospitality experience at TomKats’ restaurants including The Southern Steak & Oyster and Saffire Restaurant, and music venue Acme Feed & Seed, a NIVA member and recent recipient of the TN Pride Chamber’s Allied Business of the Year Award.
