Defining the risk of liquor liability

Risk assessment can be preventative, pre-incident, or reactive, post-incident, but the process is the same. Today, new social, legal and regulatory obligations will soon impact the hospitality industry. Service personnel need to be trained in 'hospitality skills' while also understanding their social and legal obligations within the food and beverage alcohol industries. At the same time, they must be equipped to achieve their ultimate goal: satisfy the customer.
